Program Details
Our programs equip students and grads with the skills and experience to thrive in the dynamic world of grocery retail.
Assistant Store Manager Program
A 20-week leadership program for recent grads passionate about store operations. Grads gain hands-on experience in people management, operations, and customer experience—preparing them for key leadership roles.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be within 6 months of graduation from a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree program to be eligible.
Store Support Office New Graduate Program
For grads exploring the corporate side of retail, this program offers recent college graduates with the opportunity to launch their careers across several key areas of the business, including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and IT.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be within 6 months of graduation from a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree program to be eligible.
Summer Internship Program
A 10-week, project-based internship where interns will gain real-world experience exploring the corporate side of retail. Complete with mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.
Eligibility:
Candidates must currently be enrolled in their sophomore or junior year pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
