Healthy living starts with
how food is grown, sourced and shared.

Our purpose — to help people live and eat better — guides how we make decisions every day, from partnering with farmers who care for the land to how we operate our stores and support the communities we serve.

Chickens in pasture

Pasturebird® Chicken Available Nationwide

We’re rolling out Pasturebird® chicken nationwide in our meat department. Pasturebird chickens are raised outdoors on pasture — where they forage naturally on grass and insects — and are housed in mobile, solar‑powered coops that move across the land. This pasture‑based approach supports animal health through natural behaviors and thoughtful system design.

Divider Coffee

New Regenerative Agriculture Bulk Items

We’re introducing Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) products to our bulk department, including items like coffee and rice. ROC standards support organic practices, soil health and strong labor protections — helping promote fair wages and ethical treatment, one scoop at a time.

Divider Sprouts Reusable Bags

Give a Bag, Take a Bag Program

Forgetting a reusable bag happens. To help reduce the need for new bags, Sprouts offers the Give a Bag, Take a Bag program in stores across Colorado and California. Customers can donate reusable bags in‑store for others to use as needed — helping keep bags in circulation and making it easier to shop sustainably.
